Official Franklin County criminal-record questions belong with the agency that maintains the document. The contacts below route court files to the Clerk in Apalachicola or Carrabelle, sheriff reports and booking records to Eastpoint, and statewide history to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

This Is Not a Government Office. Franklin County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve official files, perform an official check, correct a government record, or accept a sealing or expungement petition.
